We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. At Ameya Active Ingredients, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by sending an email to support@ameyaaisolutions.com or customerservice@ameyaaisolutions.com

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days for canceled or approved return orders.
Refunds are applicable only for damaged or defective products, which must be reported within 48 hours of receipt along with supporting photos.
Opened, partially used, or products without original packaging are not eligible for a refund, unless proven defective or damaged.
